How To Protect Skin In Summer Season

 In the summer season, everyone should take extra care of their skin. Summers can surely dehydrate your skin because you sweat too much and when the skin gets dehydrate it becomes more sensitive.  So, the first thing that you have to do is hydrate yourself in two ways. First,  drinking a lot of water and the other way is by using a moisturizer which people do not use in summer. If your body is producing excessive oil but you are sweating, then there are water‐based moisturizers. You can buy them and use a moisturizer at night.  The second thing is when you are outdoors you can develop a lot of suntans the sun allergies rise so you must put on the sunscreen whether it is a 20 SPF or 30 SPF it doesn't matter. You can use anything but make sure the amount that you use is limited.  People are just ending up using an excessive amount of sunscreen and it doesn't help in this way.
